Welcome to our Weekend Adventures Page ! 
In this section, we describe some of our weekend trips away from our usual steaming grounds.  Some of these are for specific occasions, such as the Potato Festival, or the annual 'Great Train Race', while others will be for photography or fan orientated train trips away, such as our annual trip to Aardekop.  (Potchefstroom.)  We've only just started recording these trips for the web, so this section of the web will gradually fill up over the years.   If you are keen to see and hear about some of our previous Advendture trips, you'll find them mentioned and filmed in Paul Hloben's documentary DVD's - currently for sale through our Reefsteamers DVD Store.
